Wengi Kofia Consultancy is a Jamaican based multidisciplinary social enterprise focusing on cultural development.

Spearheaded by Managing Director, Travis-John “Habibi” Bailey; Wengi Kofia Consultancy has consistently provide successful support & services for various events, projects, creative talents, corporate & Government agencies locally & internationally since 2012.

Our services include Project Management, Film & Content Production, Event Production & Live Show logistics & Artists and Repertoire Services (A&R)

The business manifests as an Artist Development & Creative Agency, seeking to provide innovative opportunities for sustainable development of the Jamaican creative communities locally & in the diaspora as a means of strengthening culture integrity and power on the international market place.

Wengi Kofia is Swahili for the words “many hats” denoting the diverse skills or hats worn by the team members along with the dynamic nature of our various present & future clients.

The agency logo is inspired by the Adinkra Symbol “BOA ME NA ME MMOA WO” which is the symbol for cooperation and interdependence. Its English translation forms the foundation of our  overall mission which is to “Help us to help you to GROW”.
